Her clinical practice has focused on providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds in various settings including community mental health and substance abuse agencies and a psychiatric hospital. Her passion for providing therapeutic services to women was the driving factor in creating this practice. She currently serves adults and adolescents (ages 16 & up) as a private practitioner.
Aldi provides treatment services for depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationships, anger, self-esteem/self-image, life transitions, grief and loss, conflict resolution, and substance abuse. Some of the treatment interventions she uses include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). These clinical approaches are used to help individuals and their families recover from addiction, heal from trauma, and build on their strengths to create more fulfilling relationships and meaningful lives.
